The Parenting Assistance Line (PAL) is a new resource for parents, grandparents and others in Alabama who provide care for children ages birth to twelve. PAL is confidential and anonymous and provides free information and support through a toll-free number:1-866-962-3030

This line is staffed by parenting resource specialists who will answer the phone, listen to callers, then offer helpful information and support. Callers may also request free literature about specific parenting concerns.
